BCEM Service Commitments
 

Because BCEM values our relationships with customers, suppliers and partners, we will:

  • Respond to all enquiries within one business day,
  • Work with districts to help to resolve issues on BCEM contracts they have been unable to resolve directly with suppliers,
  • Provide support to school districts for any procurement related questions or issues.
