Agreements Available for K-12 School District Use


The purpose of this page is to summarize for K-12 school districts all agreements for goods and services that are available for district use.  The list can be searched either by Agreement Category or by Keyword.

Each agreement includes the name of the organization that is offering it for use.  Click on the organization name to be taken to their website for additional details.  Unless otherwise indicated, please direct any questions regarding the agreement to the host organization.  Note thate ERAC agreements can be accessed by members only.

Learning A-Z: Reading Solution Bundle (Learning Resources)
ERAC has renewed the agreement with Learning A-Z for the popular Reading Solution suite, and added an ERAC-member offer on the recently evaluated Enhanced ELL Reading Solution. The Reading Solution includes Reading A - Z and RAZ Kids bundled together. Enhanced ELL adds a new suite of resources specially designed to support English language learners. Both are available to ERAC members at discounted pricing until August 31, 2016.
Lubricants (Facilities & District Operations)
This agreement is offered by the BCPPBG which is comprised of approximately sixty six (66) local, regional and municipal government and school board member organizations. Members are situated in one of the six (6) geographic regions made up of the Lower Mainland, Kamloops, Vancouver Island, Prince George,Terrace and Port Hardy. Collectively this group purchases fuel (gas/diesel), lubricants and used oil collection services. Contact the BCEM for information regarding how to access this contract.
Mail Pick Up and Distribution (Administration)
With locations across the province, BC Mail Plus provides mail pick up and distribution services for ministries, the broader public sector and publicly-funded agencies.
Mail Production Services (Administration)
BC Mail Plus provides customized mail production service solutions for each aspect of your mail out including: document design, variable printing, inserting and distribution.
Mechanized Custodial Equipment (Facilities & District Operations)
The BCEM has finalized the award for mechanized custodial equipment. The equipment available through this agreement includes touchless cleaning systems, dry and wet vacuums, burnishers, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors and similar products. All Districts have access to these products, pricing, warranty and service offerings. There are many products being offered from a variety of manufacturers. MediaSmarts: Passport to the Internet (Learning Resources)
MediaSmarts "Passport to the Internet" is designed for students in Grades 4 through 8, Passport to the Internet helps young people develop the critical thinking skills they need to apply to their online experiences by enabling them to use popular online tools and Web sites in a secure and ethical manner, and to their full potential.
Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) (Information Technology)
Great News for employees of Districts and Schools who are participating in the ERAC Provincial Microsoft Licensing (PML) EDesktop Agreement! Office Professional Plus 2016 for Windows and Office Home and Business 2016 for Mac are now available on The Microsoft Home Use Program! Under this program, employees of participating Districts and Schools can get substantially reduced prices on Microsoft Office 2016 Pro Plus software for use on their home computers. With recent changes in the program, employees can now purchase both a Windows and a Mac version of Office 2016.
Microsoft Learning Essentials 2.0 (Information Technology)
Microsoft Learning Essentials 2.0 is an Office software benefit that runs on top of Microsoft Office software to give students and educators a custom Office environment with tools to help them in the classroom. Curriculum based templates and toolbars for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are provided in both a teacher and student-based environment. Teachers are provided with more than 117 templates and 38 tutorials for classroom handouts and presentations, grading rubrics, and classroom management tools.
Microsoft PML (Information Technology)
The ERAC Provincial Microsoft Licensing (PML) Agreement delivers the Microsoft E Desktop Solution, which gives all participants access to the latest software versions of Office Professional, Windows operating systems and the ECAL Suite.
Microsoft Select Plus Agreement (Information Technology)
ERAC has signed a new Microsoft Select Plus Agreement on behalf of its members, offering a full range of Microsoft software products at reduced educational pricing. ERAC members can obtain pricing through various authorized re-sellers. In order to purchase under this agreement, ERAC members must establish an Affiliate Enrollment with the Microsoft Reseller of their choosing.
